I’ve always been the kind of person who trusts her instincts.

Even as a little girl, I never second-guessed myself

—whether it was picking the brightest dress to wear, raising my hand first in class, or deciding to move halfway across the world at 14 to start high school in Chicago.

People called me bold, but it was just… ME.

wasn’t something I had to learn;

it was how I’d always moved through the world.

When the opportunity came to study in the U.S., I didn’t hesitate.

Chicago felt like the perfect place—big, vibrant, and full of possibilities.

I remember thinking, If I’m going to do this, I’m going to do it right.

Sure, I was young, but age never made me doubt my ability to adapt.

I stepped off that plane with my head held high, ready to take on whatever came my way.

In college, I discovered the power of communication through my role in UConn’s First Year Experience (FYE) program.

Starting as a MENTOR, I guided freshmen in finding their place on campus.

Later, I became one of 14 TAs—and the only Chinese TA—out of over 100+ candidates.

In this role, I designed and led weekly lectures, training 20 mentors to support their peers.

This experience taught me how to inspire others, adapt to Diverse perspectives, and turn challenges into opportunities.

This was where I first discovered the magic of turning ideas into experiences. As an Exhibition Planner, I didn’t just organize events—I created moments that left a lasting impression. From understanding client visions to designing exhibitions that told their stories, I learned how to blend creativity with strategy. Whether it was crafting immersive spaces or managing the nitty-gritty of event logistics, I proved that I could bring big ideas to life—and have a blast doing it.

Blue Focus was where I truly fell in love with the art of storytelling. As a Marketing Assistant/Account Executive, I didn’t just plan campaigns—I brought them to life. From coordinating iQOO,JD.com launches to collaborating with esports giants like eStar, I learned how to create the buzz that resonates. Whether pitching bold ideas to clients or working with KOLs to amplify a brand’s voice, I showed that I can navigate the PR world with creativity, charm, and a killer instinct for what works.

At Byte Dance, I didn’t just manage accounts—I owned them. As a Deputy Account Manager & Creative Planner, I became the go-to person for clients, blending strategic thinking with creative flair to deliver campaigns that didn’t just meet expectations—they smashed them. From crafting data-driven strategies to solving problems on the fly, I thrived in the fast-paced world of PR, proving that I can turn challenges into opportunities with style and confidence.
